Internetwerx provides exceptional and timely IT support to all of our clients.  Whether your employees cannot connect to the Internet, your important client files are no longer accessible or you need to add multiple workstations to your network, our technicians are a phone call away.  We offer Emergency and Ongoing support.

Emergency Support

If your company relies less heavily on computers and the Internet, you might choose to engage with Internetwerx in a semi-formal relationship whereby we will visit your offices only when we receive a work request.  This type of engagement is preferable if the following are true:

  • You rarely add computers to your network
  • You've got an "office expert" who handles most of your IT problems
  • You don't rely heavily on an IT infrastructure
  • You rarely experience IT problems
  • You feel comfortable with maintaining your IT security against the latest threats

Ongoing Support

Many businesses today rely on a secure and reliable network to do business.  If their computer systems go down for even 30 minutes, their customers will feel the negative effects of the down-time and it will reflect poorly on the company.  Additionally, the heavy expenditures in IT that a company in this position must make requires that they have access to the very best in IT support.

Internetwerx provides ongoing support to clients that have the needs described above.  We will contract with your company to provide a specific number of hours per week of preventive maintenance on your systems, with an allowance of emergency support hours per month.  Additional emergency hours are billed at a reduced rate.
