Our approach to consulting is to start with a Discovery meeting at the beginning of every IT project. During this meeting, we flesh out not only the initial functionality required from the project, but also determine the best growth estimate for the company to ensure that we select a solution with appropriate scalability.
Armed with the information gleaned from the discovery phase, we begin the Planning phase where we research the available solutions and recommend a plan of action. Once the plan is approved, we move on to the next phase.
The Preparation phase includes gathering all necessary hardware and/or software, coordinating between the involved technical parties, and consulting with the end-users. It is this last step that we feel is vital to a successful implementation. Without "buy-in" from the employees that are actually going to use the solution, the success rate of a project falls dramatically.
"Preparation" ends when the date for the Implementation arrives. This is the easiest step of the process as all of the planning and preparing pay off. The implementation can occur in the evenings, over the weekend or during business hours.
We can continue the engagement offering ongoing Support to ensure that the solution is periodically updated with all neccessary firmware and software updates, keeping the system secure and running smooth.
